Terms of Service

Upon commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

The terms of service may be updated at any time, I will leave the date of the latest update at the bottom of the document.

1. The commission(s) are for private/personal use only and strictly not for commercial purposes. Commissions may not be minted as NFTs under any circumstance.

   1. You are allowed to; use your commission as an avatar/icon, reference, post art on your social media with proper credit given and link to one of my social handles (Twitter or DeviantArt)
      
      

2. I, as the artist, retain the copyright of the commissioned pieces. This includes rights to usage in personal portfolios and posting to online media platforms.
   
   

3. As I maintain all the rights to the commissioned artworks, the client may only post the piece(s) online if credit is given and my signature is left intact on the image. Printing is limited to personal use only.
   
   

4. You cannot cancel the commission(s) after you have paid. I do not give refunds, unless I am unable to finish the piece due to unforeseeable circumstances.
   
   

5. If I am not able to complete a commission that has already been paid for, you will get the choice of either receiving the files of the work that I have completed so far + the remaining work in refund, or a full refund.
   
   

6. At certain points throughout the commission process I will send you progress shots. You can ask for changes during certain steps of the piece and add your comments. Further edits or any reworking of the piece will incur an additional fee (this applies only to major changes or for example if you change your mind about style, want to add background etc). 
   
   

7. I will not start the commission(s) until the client has paid the full commission price. Payment will only be conducted through Paypal.
   
   

8. Each commission is quited differently but based on price check given on commission information document. I do not haggle price.
   
   

9. Work in progress are only for client’s viewing. They may not be posted anywhere for public viewing unless given permission. 
   
   

10. Coloring, drawing on, tracing and modifying my art is not allowed unless you did purchase a base designed for that purpose.
